Ashada Month 2017
Ashada is the fourth month in the traditional Hindu calender.It is
also Known as Shunya Masam.This month is considered as inauspicious for
performing marriages and other functions.
Importance :

married couple stay away from each other
- Monsoon
enters into india in this month,Up to that time people may suffer with hot
temperatures in summer.
- Chaturmas
vrat begins in this month
- Puri
Jagannath Ratha yatra takes place
- Vamana(Avatar
of Lord Vishnu) is worshipped during this month.
Purnimant Calenders : Ashada month Starts
on 10th June 2017 and ends on 10th July 2017.
Amavasyant calenders : Ashada masam starts on 24th June 2017 and ends on 24th July 2017.
Festivals : Puri Jagannath Ratha Yatra, Guru Purnima,Deva Shayani
